This dramatic, creative, and outgoing sign has the keyword "magnetism" for good reason. Fiery and self-assured, it can be almost impossible to resist the Leo's charm. Whether it's time spent with family and friends, or efforts on the job scene, a Leo is going to bring much to the table.

    Friends and Family
By far the most generous of the Zodiac, Leos make loyal and giving friends. They'll go out of their way to help, even when it conflicts with their own schedule. The Leo is a strong, confident personality who has the ability to make almost everyone comfortable. Unassuming and gracious, they love to host parties and events. The Leo is rarely found alone - interacting is second nature. Close friends are chosen for their ability to keep up with the Leo's energy, along with a strong sense of dignity and a commitment to individual values. When family is involved, the mighty Lion will do whatever it takes to defend their loved ones. Loyalty for the Leo means a lifetime. They pride themselves on being there for family through thick and thin.

    Career and Money
Leos are doers. "I will" is the key phrase for this sign. There's a lot of energy packed into this sign, and they're always going to be busy, regardless of whatever else is happening around them. They are ambitious, creative, and optimistic. It's not enough to just do the job for a Leo. In order to suffice, it must be done to the absolute best of their ability. Once committed to an employer, they will go all out, but the best situation for the Leo is to be their own boss.

Careers that allow for the Leo's dramatic flair, such as acting and entertaining, are ideal. Such positions give the Lion free reign. Other occupations such as management, teaching, and politics are well-suited too. Anything that puts a Leo in a leadership position will give this sign the opportunity to do what comes naturally to them.

Leos love to surround themselves with the things they fancy. Since money usually comes readily to the Leo, there's always more where that came from. "Money is meant to be spent" as far as this sign is concerned - and spend they will. Generous in spirit, a Leo will give away their last dollar to help a friend out. They're always confident that there will be more, and there usually is. There's never a lack of work for a Leo. In fact, there's generally more work available to them than they can keep up with.

    Love and Sex
This fiery sign is passionate and forthright with their affections. When it comes to sex, you can expect the Leo to be adventurous, fun, and highly energetic. There is a definite line of division between sex and love for Leos. Mates are chosen for their willingness to allow the Leo to take the lead, shine brightly and be independent. They look for uninhibited lovers who aren't self-conscious. As accepting as the Leo is, a mate needs to be an intellectual equal to cut the mustard. Leos are loving, fun, and very giving to those in their personal life.

    greetings from jersey girl =]

Well hello there!  Wow, I haven't been on here in a while.  anyways, happy very belated new years.

So, next Saturday I leave for London!  Did I mention before that I was going there?  Yup, I am!  I have absolutely no idea who the other people are that are going, but so what?  I'm a nice girl, I get along with anyone.  I'll make new friends-nothing wrong with dat, right?  And we get to see where they filmed parts of Harry Potter and go on The Eye and what not.  And it's on Valentine's Day that I leave, which is good because it'll distract me from thinking about the fact that I have no bf for it...Oh well.  I've been having strong feelings that I'll meet someone over there?  If Amanda Bynes can in What a Girl Wants then why wan't I?  Okay, so that's a movie-but you gotta think positive, right?

Anywho, I can't believe this year is almost over.  Although I really wish my mom would knock it off with talking about graduation ALL THE TIME!!!  "I think we should get your hair done that day.  And get manicures and pedicures.  and you need a dress.  and where do you want to eat..."  and all these other things.  First of all, my hair is incredibly short now and probably won't be long wnough to do a lot of things with then.  Second of all, I don't really care about a mani-pedi that much.  and i HATE dresses.  I could just pick up the first decent one I see and say okay to it - and I want the simplest one that way if I have to wear it again I will.  Third of all, it's not like I really have any choice of what I WANT to eat.  Nobody likes anything in my family, so once again I am stuck with just plain italian food.  I know my family is italian and old and doesn't like anything new, but it leaves out a lot of options.  So it makes me not really care where we go then because it's all the same - plus we're probably not getting out of it until it's too late for all the old folks to eat anyways.  So I think my mom is making a big deal over nothing.

AND she's not focusing enough on what I need when I actually GET to college.  I mean, living away from home you need a lot of stuff-I even made a list.  But my mom says we have PLENTY OF TIME.  but we don't have enough time to get some stupid dress I'm going to be miserable in and only wear once?

And my purse got stolen friday-which was uber annoying because it had my stuff in it.  I mean, I don't use my cell unless I have to - I don't see the point of playing games on your phone, and my parents called the company so I couldn't text on it - so yea, it gets pretty much no use.  but of course, it was the day of fashion show and I wanted to go.  but i got a run in my stockings right then and the other ones i had were either blue or white with a diamondy pattern on them and i didn't know what shoes to wear and i didn't have a ride and i couldn't call my friend to ask if she was going and i knew my other 2 friends definitely weren't going so i was stuck home alone which sucked.  It also had my school id (why would anyone want that?), my pens (which really bugged e because I color code my notes by the day of the week for sociology-dats the only class that we take notes most days where i actually found it useful and i dont like having 2 break the pattern), my calculator (which was kind of expensive so dat was annoying), i think i had some money in it (but i dont remember).  at least it didn't have my keys-but still, i needed my skool id so that was annoying and there was other stuff too but i don't feel like listing all the contents of my bag any more.

Aside from that, I've been very busy with all the financial aide forms and other scholarships and what not for college.  It's seriously never ending.  On the bright side, at least I know where I'm going.  I even joined the group on facebook-which is a major help because you can talk or befriend some of the people beforehand so you're not totally clueless to everyone beforehand.  And it answers any questions you have.  i'm just so excited to get out of here.

ooh well-hmm, what else? ehh, nothing really interesting going on.  sorry, i just had to rant about dat and i'm done now.

I really hope we have a snow day tomorrow - this week feels like it's dragging on forever.  Hope you get to enjoy it.

hope all is well with you.

    Love always,

    Claudia

OMG IT'S 3 DAYS UNTIL CHRISTMAS

    happy christmas!!!!

SO, WE HAD A SNOWDAY ON FRIDAY AND TODAY WAS A DELAYED OPENING, BUT I JUST STAYED HOME AND BAKED A CAKE AND CLEANED AND OTHER LITTLE ODS AND ENDS AROUND THE HOUSE TODAY.  FRIDAY WAS NICE BECAUSE IT WAS MY MOM'S BIRTHDAY AND SHE GOT A SNOWDAY FOR IT AND WE WENT OUT FOR BREAKFAST WITH MY COUSIN AND MY AUNT AND THEN RAN SOME ERRANDS AFTERWORD.

WE HAVE A HALF DAY TOMORROW AND IT'S THE VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT-GO MARISA'S TEAM!  MINE DIDN'T GET IN, BUT WE DID A GOOD JOB ANYWAY   I ALSO GOT OUT OF TAKING 3 TESTS TODAY AND PROBABLY WON'T HAVE TO TAKE THEM UNTIL AFTER BREAK.  PHEW.  THAT BEING FORENSICS, ENGLISH AND MATH.

SO WE ARE HAVING CHRISTMAS EVE AT MY HOUSE AND I GOT LITTLE ORNAMENTS AND PUT EVERYONE'S NAMES ON THEM WITH THE LABELMAKER WITH A STRING.  I ALSO MADE MYSELF A MINI TREE FOR MY ROOM.  IT'S VERY CUTE AND I NAMED IT DOUGLAS.  I'M ALSO COMPLETELY UNAWARE OF ANY CURRENT MUSIC SINCE THE RADIO HAS NOT TURNED TO ANYTHING BUT CHRISTMAS MUSIC FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS.  LOL.   I'M ALSO MAKING KNOTS AND CUPCAKES AND PROBABLY SOME OTHER STUFF, BUT FOR SOME REASON I CAN'T THINK OF IT RIGHT NOW.

SO I HOPE YOU ARE ALL HAVING AWESOME HOLIDAYS TOO AND GETTING IN TOUCH WITH OLD FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND SENDING AND RECIEVING LOTS OF CARDS AND THINGS AND ENJOYING ALL THIS TIME OFF AND ALL THOSE OTHE GOOD THINGS WE ASSOCIATE WITH THE HOLIDAYS.

HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH YOU.

    LOVE ALWAYS,

  • AHH, THE HOLIDAYS =D

HAPPY ALMOST THANKSGIVING!!!!  Okay, so I made all of my pencil holders, lollipops, pretzels and placemats on Sunday with my cuzin.  It was really fun (and messy).  And while we did that we listened to Christmas music on one of the channels on the tv.  Then we tried watching 101 Dalmations when we were done, but the tv wasn't set up to the VCR so we had to connect it-which was a lot harder than it sounds, trust me.  And after all that, it still didn't work.  I was so upset.    Oh well, I'll figure it out eventually.

On the other hand, the college interview I thought went really well? (It was in my last entry.)  Well, I got into the school!!!  Go me!!!  I'm so happy.

And today we ate pumpkin cheesecake we made in cooking (it was soo good =D!!!) And I have to make my lemon tart tomorrow.  WOO HOO!!

And I saw TWILIGHT.  I thought it was really good.  Definitely TOP 10 list.

And I get to see my buddy Saturday!  I haven't seen her in ages!!!

Yea, I'm in an awesome mood for a bunch of reasons.  How could u not be wen it's "the most wonderful time of the year" ?

Hope all is well with you.

    Love always,

    Claudia
